What are the shipping charges
- All individual Associate order above MYR 300 Free Delivery
- All individual Associate order below MYR 300 Actual Delivery Charges.
Note :- Courier charges are inclusive of taxes and not refundable.
What will be the delivery timeline :-
We try to ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition.
It takes 3-5 working days from the day of order confirmation to deliver the products within Malaysia, Delivery may delay due to certain restrictions imposed by government or any other authority acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government.
If in case the delivery period exceeds the stipulated time due to unforeseen circumstances, the associate / Preferred customer will be notified regarding the same. If the associate still wishes to continue with delivery, the same shall be delivered accordingly. If the associate wishes to cancel the said order, refunds shall be initiated as per the Product Exchange/ Return/Refund Policy.
The Associates are advised that, if the packaging is tampered or damaged at the time of accepting delivery of the goods, they should refuse to take delivery of the package and immediately inform the Call Centre +603 9107 8706 or write an e-mail info@imcbusiness.my, mentioning the order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is sent to the concerned Associate at the earliest.
Any complaint related to your order should be registered with us within 24 hours post-delivery, No complaint will be entertained post that.
