IMC Healthcare SDN BHD(hereinafter referred to as “IMC Healthcare”) is the creator and owner of the IMC Malaysia app. The app (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) is provided by IMC Healthcare at no cost and is intended for use on as is basis.

Use of Information:

The Company uses information that is collected from the app for a variety of purposes. In such cases, members will be informed about the said purposes at the time of collection in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and its requirements to maintain records, the company may need personal information for confirmation and reporting.

We store personal data as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collect the data, except if required or allowed otherwise by law.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our App, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data.
